Vendor Registration for KSFFA Annual Conference at the Hilton Garden Inn Manhattan, KS on April 9-12, 2026.

Booth Space is limited and includes an 8' table and two chairs.

- Standard Booth - $250 (1 Table & 2 Chairs)

- Double Booth - $500 (2 Tables & Chairs)

- Triple Booth - $750 (3 Tables & Chairs)

- Outdoor Apparatus Space - $150

Vendor Schedule:
Thursday, April 9^th

4:00 - 8:00 PM - Vendor Load In / Setup

Friday, April 10^th

8:00 - 9:00 am - Vendor Setup
9:30 – 10:00 am - Vendor Break
12:00 – 1:00 pm - Lunch in Vendor Hall
2:00 – 2:30 pm – Vendor Break
5:00 – 8:00 pm – Vendor Night

Vendor Teardown on Friday after 8:00 pm or Saturday AM.

**Each vendor is asked to donate a prize for Raffle drawings. Please bring an item with you to the event and turn in at the registration desk.
