Vendor Registration for KSFFA Annual Conference at the Hilton Garden Inn Hays, KS on April 24-27, 2025.
Booth Space is limited and includes an 8' table and two chairs.
- Standard Booth - $250 (1 Table & 2 Chairs)
- Hallway Booth - $150 (1 Tables & Chairs in the hallway, unsecured)
- Outdoor Apparatus Space - $150
Vendors will be allowed to setup in the evening on Thursday, April 24th after the conclusion of the golf tournament.
Each vendor is asked to donate a prize for a scavenger hunt drawing to help promote time spent with the vendors. Please bring an item with you to the event and turn in at the registration desk.
