VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 15, 2026.

Conference Schedule: The 2026 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs 110th Annual Conference will be held October 28-30, 2026 at the Margaritaville Kansas City.

Vendor Engagement:

Vendor Punch card - This year, we are planning to do a punch card to help drive traffic to vendors. We will draw from completed cards during the Vendor/Network BBQ on Thursday Night. If your organization would like to be included on the punch card, all we ask is that you provide an item to be given away. If you plan to provide an item for the drawing, please select "yes" during registration, or let Courtney Fegter know by Friday, October 17 at ksafc1@gmail.com, so we can get your organization’s name added to the punch card and we know what will be provided. The item can be brought with you to the conference.

Vendor Tradeshow Details

Vendor Setup – Wednesday, October 28 – 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Vendor Tradeshow – Thursday, October 29 – 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Vendor Night – Thursday, October 29 – 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Vendor Break Down – Thursday Evening following the Vendor Night BBQ or Friday Morning.

Vendor Shipping Details

Drop off – Packages will be delivered to the hotel front desk. Packages will then be stored in the Convention Catering Office until the event date.
