Conference Schedule: The 2026 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs 110th Annual Conference will be held October 28-30, 2026 at the Margaritaville Resort in Kansas City, KS.  Conference Registration ($200) includes access to all programming on Thursday and Friday, including the Thursday awards luncheon, the keynote speaker and business meeting, and the vendor expo.

We would like for everyone to attend the full conference, but if you only plan to attend the Chief's Roundtable, there is no charge to attend. Details regarding the Chief's Roundtable will be sent out to the membership at a later date.

Refunds:
Cancellations made to before the first day of the conference will be refunded in full upon request. Cancellations thereafter or conference no-shows will not be refunded.
